He's Just Not That Into You.
Pretty straight forward, if a guys likes you, he'll do whatever he can to get to know you better. He'll call you. He'll ask you out. He'll give you the attention you deserve. And if a guy doesn't, but you like him. He ain't worth it. You need to be treated like the princess you are. SO MOVE ON, you're better than that. Do you really want a guy who never calls you, cheats on you, forgets about you, and makes excuses? I didn't think so.

Now. Guys seriously. We need a book that says. UHH, She's Just Not That Into You.
I mean, yeah, a guy likes a girl and he'll do whatever it takes. But sometimes they just need to get the clue, DUDE WE'RE NOT THAT INTO YOU. Take a hint and move on.
Just as simple, when a girl is into you she'll give you the attention as well. She's hint ideas, and things to you often. She'll give you a different attention and conversation than she has with other guys. BUT if she's staying away. Get the hint and move on. You deserve better than that. Don't be desperate and just like her for no reason. [no reason as in you haven't even had a real conversation with her]

She's just not that into when:
1. She says she's not ready for a relationship
2. Never replies to your text messages or calls you back
3. Avoids eye contact with you
4. Keeps a distance from you

Guys are more forward/direct
Girls are more subtle, we do give hints
Guys listen to what is said, not how it's said.
Girls listen and see every detail and digest it

If she's into you:
1. She'll start a conversation with you
2. Watch for flirting signs
3. Touches you more often
4. Observe how she looks at you
5. Smile [Results: if she smiles back and maintains eye contact. GOOD. or if she smiles at you and hides, she's just curious if you like her or not]

I understand that every man and woman are different. But you get the picture.
If anything just be forward about it and get your answer. Then take the next step from there.
