Preparing to GO

just some things I wanted to share that I got out of my ROCKharbor training tonight.

William Carey once said... "Attempt great thing for God. Expect great things from God."

People on a mission, and joining the Lord in His work. When we put ourselves in a place for the Lord to work through us, please are blessed, we are changed, the kingdom of Heaven advances and God smiles.
"May He equip you with all you need for doing His will. May He product in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to Him." Hebrews 13:2

WHY WE GO
  • To meet both physical and spiritual needs
  • For the sake of the lost "Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20
  • "I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building." 1 Corinthian 3:6-9
  • We have been given much and to whom much has been given, much is required
  • to support our brothers and sisters

HOW WE GO
Go out and give ourselves away, let's strive to embody these attributes through the Grace of Christ
Components that make up our posture of serving
Prayerful
Compassionate
Attentive
Hopeful
Joyful
Unified
Respectful

Doing it WITH GOD not just FOR GOD (because he's already working, and we're working with Him to furthur the kingdom of Heaven to all)

Encouraging Words

Responses and encouragement to True Impurity to reach TRUE PURITY: Hopefully this can encourage you as much as it has it encouraged me. (one response from a female and 2 from the males side) Female: I hope and pray that you will continue to feel FORGIVEN for your mistakes and actions in the past because our God is a good. He loves us enough to send His own Son down to die for us mere sinners. Enough to forgive us with His grace and mercy and to continue to overflow our cups with His love.
